That will depend on three things. First, can the club's leading pass catcher from 2004, Nate Burleson, can maintain his level of performance now that he, not Randy Moss, is the team's No. 1 receiver? Second, will first round draft pick Troy Williamson from South Carolina emerge as a legitimate deep threat? Finally, will the additions of seven new defensive starters, including cornerback Fred Smoot and safety Darren Sharper, be enough to drastically improve one of the worst defenses in the National Football League last season? If all of these pieces can come together, the odds are good that the Metrodome will be hosting a playoff game this season.
